- 1/4 lbs lean pork - cut into bite size pieces
- 3 dried scallop - soak
- 1 small winter melon - peel and cut
- place in soup 30 mins before serving
- 1 salted duck egg - separate yolk and egg white
- egg yolk: place in soup 30 mins before serving
- egg white: place in soup 5 mins before serving
- vermicelli - soak
- place in soup 5 mins before serving
- green onions - cut up used as garnish before serving
This soup only requires 45 mins cook time
Add lean pork and dried scallop and cook for 15 mins in boiling water
Add other ingredients accordingly
