Soup Preparation Instructions

1. Wash all ingredients prior to using
2. Add all ingredients to boiling water (
approximately 1.5 - 2 litres of water)
3. Cook for at least 2 hours
4. Add salt (optional)
5. Serve and Enjoy!

Note:
-
Blanching will remove excess fats and bone debris, resulting in a clearer soup

002. 牛蒡豬骨瘦肉湯 - Gobo Roots Pork Shank & Bones Soup




Ingredients
  • 1 gobo aka burdock root - peel and cut
  • 6 dried chinese mushroom - soak and remove stem
  • 1 green radish - peel and cut
  • 1 carrot - peel and cut
  • 1 lbs pork bones - blanch and rinse
  • 1 pork shank - blanch and rinse
  • 2 dried honey date
